Customer Consultant Customer Service für Festanstellung (m/w/d)

Your tasks as customer advisor Customer Service:

• You are the first contact for our customers and take over the telephone and written advice
• You take complaints/reclamations and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures to remedy them.
• You supplement and maintain sensitive customer data in the CRM system
• General administrative tasks
• Takeover of special tasks according to project

Your knowledge and skills:

• They have completed vocational training and/or professional experience
• They bring a pronounced service and customer orientation and a high quality awareness with
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• You control the current MS Office applications and working on the PC is not a challenge for you
• They are flexible between 8 am and 8 pm (ideally also between 7 am - 23 pm, but not necessarily required)
