Senior Specialist (d/w/m) Accounting Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You prepare individual monthly, annual and quarterly financial statements for strategic holdings and insurance companies (in particular composites) of the Bavarian Insurance Chamber and carry them through. You are actively involved in projects, for example in restructuring or re-establishment within the Insurance Chamber Bayern Group. You structure and optimize process processes in the field of accounting and beyond. You are taking special topics relevant to accounting. You analyze complex facts independently and purpose-oriented. You work closely with various departments and subsidiaries.

A completed economic study or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting, or a training as an accounting officer. Multiannual professional experience in accounting or in a tax consultancy or audit firm. Knowledge gained in the accounting of HGB corporations, ideally including experience in insurance companies. Reduced handling of SAP and above-average capabilities in using Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication strength and organizational capabilities. Own initiative and a safe and binding occurrence. Above-average problem-solving and decision-making power. Interest in modern working methods as well as pleasure in automation and digitalization and in dealing with AI. Enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary, conceptual and analytical work as well as communication with various contact persons, e.g. from taxes, IT, law and controlling.
