Team Leader (m/w/d) in Healthcare

As a modern service provider in the healthcare sector, we are competent service partners for our approximately 31,000 members - the contract physicians and psychotherapists in Bavaria. We offer advice and service to our members, develop and evaluate innovative medical care structures and establish future-oriented quality standards. We are looking for team management (m/w/d) in health care at the Nuremberg site. They run a team with about 15 employees, which is distinguished by competent processing of legal procedures in the field of billing examination. Together with your employees, you will ensure the correct processing of the applications and test reports of cost-benefits/sickness funds and resulting contradictions and complaints. In this way, you contribute to the fact that the established doctors and psychotherapists are protected from unjustified regressions of the cost-benefits/sickness funds. They guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and design workflows efficiently and up-to-date. For your employees, you are Sparringspartner in professional matters. As a competent contact person, you will be able to assist you internally and externally for specialist questions and advise on procedures. They participate in consultations with the parties to the contract and also represent the KVB in court, should procedures not come to an agreement.
