Our team “IT Development” is responsible for the support and, above all, further development of our systems and business processes. The team is the “Wingman” of our operating areas and ensures continuous optimization of core and support systems. We work in an agile way of working, embedded in a highly valued corporate culture and seek reinforcement.

Job experience: You're a passion developer and you're creating data transformation, interfaces and business process automation applications. Your tasks include customizing our core system in JavaScript. Programming knowledge: You develop and expand applications in the Ikaros environment using JavaScript for customizing and business logic as well as C# / .NET for interfaces and system-related components. You implement and use web services and APICalls to connect external and internal systems and work with SQL, XML, JSON and Regex for data processing and integration. You use PowerShell to automate technical processes. Tool and system landscape: You work in our core system Ikaros and use JIRA to control requirements, tasks and development processes. For the structured technical and technical documentation, you use Confluence to ensure transparency, traceability and knowledge sharing in the team. AI and automation competence: You use modern AI tools to make software development processes more efficient. These include code support, data analysis and process optimization. You critically evaluate new AI approaches and integrate them into existing systems to create sustainable solutions.
