You test and take off software – yourself developed as well as externally commissioned. You decide whether a result bears and justify it comprehensible. You integrate applications into our existing system landscape and manage the interfaces between ERP, DMS, CRM and our own developments. You accompany rollouts to stable operation and analyze malfunctions on critical systems – from manufacturing to shipping. You also develop yourself: interfaces, prototypes, tools. Programming is not your main business, but part of your everyday life. You use AI tools in the development environment – for example, to generate test cases, code reviews or to test external deliveries – and you help define appropriate guidelines. You shape our software development process: transfer points, acceptance criteria and the question of which projects are suitable for an external award.

You have several years of experience in software development, system integration or quality assurance in the software environment. You know about interfaces to ERP systems, work safely with SQL databases and find yourself in grown code. You can program – in which language, is secondary. It is more important that you read, judge and build something yourself if necessary. Test and acceptance procedures are familiar to you and you write specifications that others can work with. You are systematically going to the ground, even if it is freezing and several systems are involved. Of course, you use AI tools and evaluate their results critically instead of trusting them. Important: Knowledge about our processes does not expect anyone from you – you will learn from us. Your technical depth is crucial.
