Leadership and control: You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of technical building equipment in turnkey construction projects. Project coordination and communication: You enter our clients qualified and are in constant exchange with authorities, specialist engineers and project participants to ensure smooth project execution. Date and quality management: You bear the technical responsibility for the timing and quality management of the TGA and ensure that all milestones are reached on time. Call and award: You control the tenders and awards of the after-contractors, always with a view to technical and economic optimization. Cost and Process Optimization: Together with the overall project manager (m/w/d), you identify savings potentials and implement optimizations for an efficient construction process. Commissioning and fault management: You ensure commissioning as well as the acceptance of the building equipment and ensure efficient fault management.

You have a degree in electrical, supply or energy engineering or a completed training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in a related field. You have several years of professional experience in the handling of building equipment, ideally in turnkey construction. You have well-founded knowledge in the fields of electrical and utility technology as well as knowledge on the topics of contracting and construction. You have an open and motivating communication capability paired with enforcement strength and negotiation skills. You enjoy working together in interdisciplinary project teams.
