You are strategic and operational contact persons for the departments and are responsible for the technical and technical support of selected energy-economic and sales-related applications. Make sure that business processes are efficiently, stable and sustainable in the IT systems. You act as an interface between specialist and external service providers and provide a clear flow of information and a coordinated approach to requirements, changes and developments. You analyze, structure and prioritize technical requirements together with the specialist areas and key users and translate them into specifications for IT implementation. You provide advice on existing system functions, standards and optimization options and actively support the development of processes and applications. You accompany changes, releases, updates and new functionalities from technical and IT perspective and, together with external service providers and key users, ensure quality, practicality and acceptance. You identify optimization potentials in processes and systems with a view to digitalization, automation and standardization and drive their implementation forward in cooperation with all stakeholders. You observe innovations and developments of the supervised energy applications, evaluate their relevance for the company and derive concrete recommendations for action with the key users.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, business management with a focus on IT, economic engineering or have a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience at the interface between specialist and IT, ideally in the context of complex business applications (e.g. SAP, Lima, Lovion). You have a pronounced hand-on mentality, a good understanding of IT architectures, interfaces and application landscapes, and a basic understanding of databases and hybrid operating models. You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented and convince with high communication and moderation competence in dealing with different stakeholders. You have a strong interest in digitization issues and understand service and service processes in a company-wide context. Ideally you bring experience in the energy industry. .
