You control the smooth workflow with regard to the requirements in the daily business of the customer service. They support customer support, quality management and complaint processing. They are also responsible for the Management Review and the achievement of the agreed objectives. They cover deviations, document these and develop strategies of improvement. They perform leadership tasks within the group and promote the further development of these in personal and professional terms. They design and monitor group and operational planning as well as working time and holiday planning. They support training in the branch.

They ideally bring a completed commercial training and/or a study or study. further or further training in the forwarding sector. They have a relevant professional and leadership experience as well as experience in customer support. They have very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications as well as very good knowledge in English in word and writing (min. level B1). It distinguishes you with a strong communication and communication skills, a binding, structured and independent way of working.
