Auditor for Construction Services - 12-month fixed-term contract | Location: Hanover (m/f/d)

You check material, contractor and service invoices for completeness, factual accuracy and contractual compliance. You are responsible for the proper testing and approval of construction services in the area of housing. You compare invoices with delivery notes, orders and agreed terms and ensure the correct billing. You control shipping documents and check the conformity of quantities, services and prices. You process invoices, credits and invoices in the ERP system SAP on time. You support the clarification of invoice differences and agree on open issues with entrepreneurs, suppliers and internal departments. You monitor payment targets and billing dates and contribute to a smooth payment process. You work closely with building ladders and other internal interfaces.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experience in billing construction performance You have experience in auditing, accounting or building accounting and enjoy dealing with numbers. You bring technical understanding and you can safely understand construction services, delivery notes and invoices. You work routiniert with MS Office; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. You are characterized by a careful, structured and reliable functioning and a high sense of responsibility.
