They are responsible for the maintenance, conversion and maintenance of pharmaceutical packaging equipment to ensure maximum plant availability and OAE They optimise the packaging systems during the process and carry out systematic fault analyses in the event of disturbances or quality defects They carry out technical optimization and maintenance work on packaging systems on their own and are continuously working on improving the technical packaging process, including vulnerability analyses and KPIs They monitor and ensure the technical condition of the packaging systems in order to achieve the highest possible availability. In addition, you will work on the packaging systems for qualifications and carry out test runs They report and troubleshoot disturbances as well as downtime causes and ensure the technical documentation (Logbuch / SAP FAM). Also determine the spare parts requirement They guide and support new technical staff/trainers and technical plant operators You pay attention to compliance with the GMP guidelines and the work protection in the packaging sector

You have completed vocational training for mechatronics techniciansin (w/m/d), industrial electronics engineerin (w/m/d), industrial mechanics (w/m/d), mechanics*in (w/m/d) or in a comparable profession They bring several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the packaging sector They have a strong technical understanding and good problem solving skills They are able to achieve good results even under difficult circumstances and conditions You are ready to continuously develop in your area of work within the framework of training and further training They show a high degree of readiness and quality awareness as well as an independent and careful way of working They are happy to work in the team and to challenging challenges and are ready to work in the 3-layer system You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
