Projektmanager (m/w/d) - Projektmanagement

• Creating offers and tracking them
• Competent advice of our customers on products and services
• Acquisition of administrative tasks in the field of renting for water dispensers (Soda Jet), incl. contract processing and scheduling
• Close cooperation with the external service, as well as support in administrative and organisational tasks
• Consumption and processing of customer orders
• Conducting market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks
• Manage and maintain customer master files
• Edit complaints and returns

We wish

• successfully completed commercial training (industrial man/wife, office man/wife, etc.)
• first professional experience in similar tasks desirable
• safe handling of MS Office365 and ERP systems
• pronounced customer orientation and very good communication skills
