The BISS team – short for Business & IS Solutions – is the central process and project organization that supports operational land transport with its solutions in digital transformation. We accompany the operational areas from the creation of the idea to the successful implementation, focusing on the optimization and standardization of processes. The result is user-friendly and innovative solutions.

It is possible to perform a part of the activity remotely. An occasional presence at the Osnabrück site as well as travel to the rollout locations will be required. You are responsible in your team for the Europe-wide rollout of a new digital solution in the field of transport management system for our land transport in the individual countries and branches

In the role of the Implementation Manager (m/w/d), you support the team for the independent planning, implementation and control of the rollouts

You understand logistical processes and their relationships and can therefore communicate with the operative colleagues at eye level

In cooperation with the project team and the specialist departments, you tune the requirements for the system to optimize the processes on site, and develop standardized target processes as needed

If necessary, you can perform configuration settings in the system and can also convey appropriate solutions in good content

You coordinate the important topics of your team during the rollout and share them with all relevant departments

You have first experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of a project team

You already have experience in the logistics industry, understand the logistical processes and their links, and draw your attention through your analytical thinking that helps you identify problems and develop solutions

You bring sound knowledge of the implementation of IT systems into an existing IT landscape and you will be able to roll it out afterwards

You have a basic understanding of IT systems and their interfaces

You have the ability to question old ways of thinking and patterns, think new and digital. In addition, you work structuredly with a high degree of self-initiative

You have a high level of empathy and can convey new content to different target groups well and understandably

You bring a high readiness to travel with you and you have no problem with being on the way for several days

Working in different layers during a rollout is not a challenge for you

You are a team player, take responsibility and trade proactively

You communicate safely and fluently in German and English
