This gives you a deep insight into corporate decision-making processes, digital demand and change management and modern agile working methods in the development environment of Mercedes-Benz. Then we have the right mix! From May 2026, our team offers a working student activity for cooperation in the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) team in Demand & Change Management. Here we provide both the project management platform “JIRA” for all Research & Development areas at Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, but also organize the topics around our Digital Twin RD - digital car development. In addition to the development of strategies and solutions for the implementation of the specialist area requirements, we work with agile project management methodology (SCRUM, SAFe) to promote efficient and targeted technical developments. In cooperation with a wide range of areas, we offer an exciting and diverse working student activity in a highly motivated team with varied and responsible tasks. Your tasks include: Coordination of the weekly planning of the upcoming demand for the project manager's meeting (PLS MB.OS / PS MB.OS), including the validation and verification of the qualification of the demands and their formal examination in Jira and the creation of the agenda

Support of the team by weekly analysis of Jira to identify delayed demand for the upcoming demand freezes

Identification of relevant contact persons and subscriber management for demand screenings

Identification and documentation of relevant fields of demand for improved data analysis and reporting

Management of access permissions for Jira and Confluence by checking and processing corresponding requests

Preparing the activities for the MB.OS Demand Management Weekly to efficiently support the work processes within the team

Support in preparation and review of Epics and Stories in the SAFe context for the following PI-Plannings

The activity can begin from May 2026.

Course in Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Management/BWL or Similar Degrees

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment, team skills, analytical thinking and strategic working, communication skills and good understanding

Affinity for data analysis, reporting and visualization (e.g. Power BI, Eazy BI) and willingness to incorporate into new tools

Analytical and Structured Operation, Team Skill and Strong Communication Skill and Good Understanding
