Patent Paralegal Deadlines Department (m/f/d)

In your central function as an employee (w/m/d) of our deadline division, you are a contact person for our Faxis Secretariat; Lawyers. In a team of about 6 people you are for the correct input and monitoring or Monitoring the time limits and essential data of all rights of protection. As a result, edit and control the daily mailing and mailing output, check the documents to set deadlines and note them in our patent administration program PatOrg 6.1. Their participation in the structural and organizational further development of our deadline division is desirable.

For this responsible activity you have a degree as a patent attorney specialist (w/m/d) or have experience in a comparable function as a specialist secretary (w/m/d) of a patent attorney law firm. You are characterized by precision and accuracy. Due to your professional competence, you will have a wide range of procedures in the field of commercial legal protection and have a careful and precise operation. Preferably, you already have knowledge of PatOrg. Professionalism and a high demand for your work characterize your personality.
