The ''UniCredit Graduate Program'' is your start into an exciting and varied career in one of Europe's leading financial institutions. In this 15-month rotation-based trainee program, you will get to know the company. The area of asset customer consulting is part of our private customers bank. We accompany wealthy customers: within a 360° approach in all areas of banking. This is not only about classic depot business, but about all the financial concerns of our clients - from the account for the child, to the own real estate financing, the establishment of pensions and the clarification of wealth transfers in the event of an inheritance. Type of employment: Full time An inspiring and instructive time! During your 15-month trainee program, we prepare you for independent customer advice in the field of asset customers. You build expertise in all relevant fields of demand and learn to apply it successfully in the customer conversation. You can also build your own network through rotations, diverse events and your personal:n mentor. Running rotations is an integral part of your trainee program. You will immerse yourself in co-operating departments, get to know their way of working and get exciting insights that would get you out of a direct entry. We place great emphasis on individuality: Depending on your previous knowledge and interests, we create a training program that is tailored to you. At the UniCredit Graduate Program Germany you will find an attractive annual basic remuneration starting at €59.761 brutto, which is based on your academic degree and full-time employment. Your payment is made in accordance with the applicable salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grouping: Year of employment Master's degree: 7/11. Year of employment Promotion: Group 8/11. Year of employment The target salary consists of two components: an annual basic salary, paid out in 13 monthly salaries, and a variable bonus payment.
