Team Leader IP/MPLS Design (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of a five-member team: In doing so, you support the individual development and motivation of the employees. Control, co-design and further development of the technical roadmap: You actively shape the technological orientation and sustainability of the IP/MPLS network landscape. Evaluation, prioritization and follow-up of tasks in network design and test: To ensure a targeted, planning-compliant implementation of the roadmap in accordance with business requirements. Optimization of design processes for scaling: In this way you increase efficiency, quality and repeatability of technical processes and create a resilient basis for future growth. Coordination of internal resources and external partners: This allows you to ensure smooth, effective cooperation across all participating units. Technical order clarification for new orders and concept execution in the organizational context: New solutions are designed to be process-oriented, sustainable and connectable to existing structures. Ensuring a holistic service understanding and service interconnections: This allows you to predict complex network relationships and identify risks at an early stage.

Complete degree in engineering Professional experience in implementing technical projects in the network or carrier environment and first leadership experience Knowledge of IP/MPLS networks and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS and Routing Segment Experience in design tests and technical validation of network solutions Knowledge of adjacent subdomains such as DWDM, firewall technologies and enterprise networks Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, NetBox or Python as well as knowledge in CI/CD-based network environments (requestable) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured working, pronounced time and resource management, as well as persuasiveness and ability to set priorities and create a climate of trust and appreciation
