You are responsible for the digital commerce strategy and guide the construction and operation of your own online shop including Profit & Loss Ensure the operational shop processes and professional content management and advance continuous optimization You identify relevant customer promises (Value Propositions) for B2B and B2C and develop matching customer journeys You are responsible for the strategic online range You define, monitor and analyze KPIs for data-based optimization of conversion, user experience and economic performance You control the digital business case including economic targets and investments You build a team and work closely with IT, logistics, digital marketing, CRM, purchasing and sales You are part of the leadership team in marketing & communication

Multiannual experience in building, scaling and overall operational and strategic responsibility in digital commerce – ideally with omnichannel and LEH reference Deep understanding of digital business models (e-commerce) and innovations, performance marketing, customer journeys and conversion funnels Knowledge of e-category management and data-driven assortment optimization Experience with omnichannel strategies, digital platforms and customer retention measures Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a strong view of economic relationships Leadership and experience in the development and support of employees Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Vision, ambition and passion draw your action High affinity for bio-food and sustainability
