Project Manager Implementation (m/f/d)

As an implementer in Facility Management, you will ensure that new orders, objects and customers are transferred to our FM organization in a structured, clean and practical manner. Implementation of new FM orders and objects (technical & commercial) Establishment and introduction of processes, standards and performance images Interface between customer, operating FM, technology, purchasing and controlling Transfer of objects to the control operation incl. Documentation Ensuring data quality (e.g. contracts, performance directories, master data) Support for system implementations (e.g. CAFM) Identification of optimization potentials in processes and processes

Completed commercial or technical training or study (e.g. facility management, real estate, construction, technology, BWL) Experience in facility management, ideally in implementation, object management or project environment Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders Good MS Office knowledge (above Excel), experience with FM systems of advantage Readiness to travel within the framework of object implementations
