In our BusinessCenter at Raschplatz we serve three advisory housing owners (WEG) and selected house managers in a team. For this we are looking for dedicated colleagues who want to help shape and develop our range of services and sales. You have a bank professional training and interest in business with WEG and home administrators – class! If you have media contact with customers and if you like to make self-responsible decisions, we will be happy to get in touch with you! Your job – how to shape our future: Advice & Sales: You conduct account openings and changes and actively advise your customers on service and liquidity issues. High consulting quality: You are the central contact person for your customers and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Good cooperation: For special questions, you are working with our specialist consultants. Medial on the way: Most of your consultations will be conducted by phone or on our media consulting channels. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself: Qualification & Experience: You have a bank-based training and have ideally gained first practical experience in the care of home administrations and WEG. Personality: You like to build long-term relationships with your contacts and maintain them. You will be happy to be able to support specialist questions from the market. Communication skills & working style: you communicate clearly and appreciated, create a pleasant conversation atmosphere and convince with your arguments. You act confidently, proactively and keep the focus on complex tasks. This place is preferably to be occupied in part-time with ideally 20 hours a week. Your Benefits.
