For the construction and implementation of the Youth Migration Service at the Dillenburg site, we are looking for a social pedagogical specialist from 01.06.2026 as part of 39 hours per week. The place is indefinite.

♪ This is your new job:

The Youth Migration Service supports young people with a migration background between 12 and 27 years through consultation, educational and leisure activities. A focus is on the long-term, individual accompaniment of young people on their school and professional path. The aim is to promote the social participation of young people and to improve their prospects.

♪ These are your tasks as a social education specialist (d/m/w) for the youth migration service:

• You accompany young people individually socially pedagogically in school, professional, personal and social questions.
• You initiate and design group offers and perform them independently.
• You are networked with other consultancy offices and cooperation partners and actively participate in working groups.
• You're talking about the exchange with offices, authorities, schools and other relevant institutions.
• You are involved in the planning and implementation of projects and in public relations.
• You develop and plan offer modules to promote intercultural opening.

♪ You bring this as a social pedagogical specialist (d/m/w) for the youth migration service:

• You bring a completed study in the field of social work, social education or a related area.
• You have a well-founded knowledge of the methods of social work, especially in individual case work (case management), social group work and in network and social space work.
• You know well with school and company training systems.
• You bring experience in the advice of clients.
• You have knowledge of social law issues and the immigration law.
• You have distinct intercultural competences and respond to people of different origins openly and appreciate.
• You are characterized by a high contact capability, you work independently and are flexible in handling different requirements.
• You have knowledge of the various forms of youth assistance and can take these into account in your work.
