These exciting tasks await you

You take over the responsible construction site management including the disposition and management of technicians, after-contractors, material and commissioning – in coordination with the project management. You are a contact person for all participants, coordinate operations at the construction site and participate in planning, construction and acceptance meetings. You ensure technical implementation, adhere to performance description, contracts (BGB, VOB, SUB) and quality requirements. You plan and monitor dates, resources and processes, control material, costs and services and report additional costs or disabilities. You bear the responsibility for work safety and employee management, carry out safety instructions and ensure performance and quality at the construction site.

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed training as an electronic or comparable and ideally a further education as a master or technician. (Electrician, Obermonteur). You bring several years of experience in electrical engineering, installation and maintenance of electrical systems. You know perfectly with standards, regulations and occupational safety. You are specialized in security technology – from planning to installation to testing alarm, fire detection and access control systems. You pay attention to responsibility and safety, are a trained first-aider and care for a safe working environment.
