Project Developer - Windpro / Autocad / QGIS (m/f/d)

You support the development of the team and take the lead immediately or in perspective, depending on the experience You are responsible for your projects from the acquisition, planning, approval and construction to commissioning wind and photovoltaic projects. This includes, among other things, that you identify locations for wind and PV open-air projects and ensure contracts with property owners: negotiate within and around communities, and commission experts: You accept applications for approval, coordinate procedures and obtain approvals During the entire project phase, you will have the cost-effectiveness and feasibility of the project

You have first experience with regional planning, location planning, nature conservation law and contract design You can recognize and evaluate complex relationships You might even have used specialist software like Windpro, Autocad, QGIS or PV-Sol You appear in communication and contact You are not a flexible working hours and business trips You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
