For our team in the Betreuten living in Wustermark / OT Buchow-Karpzow we are looking for professionals from the social, educational, therapeutic or nursing area.

Your tasks:

You accompany adult people with disabilities in everyday life, leisure and personal development goals You develop individual support goals together with the clients and implement them in the team You work with relatives, legal supervisors, authorities, doctors, therapists and other service providers You document your work independently and write reports if necessary. You bring your technical perspective into help processes, team agreements and case meetings Core working hours between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., if necessary Weekend rates

This will bring you A completed training or study in the social, educational, therapeutic or nursing field, e.g. medical education, nursing, nursing, ergotherapy, medical education or social education Joy in working with adult people with disabilities Responsibility, reliability and good self-organisation Team spirit and interest in individual support a passenger car license; Vehicles for service trips are available Standing for occasional weekend services For interest: willingness to accompany group trips
