Senior Tender Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you control the entire Tender process for projects in the Central region and ensure competitive, technically sound and economically resilient offers. You work closely with internal and external partners and develop construction and logistics concepts that meet the regional requirements. • Strategic planning and management of the Tender process for projects in the Central Region • Creation and evaluation of construction schedules in MS Project taking into account regional standards • Development of suitable construction and logistics concepts in coordination with crane, transport and assembly service providers • Implementation of cost and risk analyses in the tender phase, as well as deduction of measures for contract negotiations • Presentation of results in internal bodies such as Project Board meetings • Implementation of site visits for the technical evaluation of planned wind farms and coordination with customers and partners • Active participation in contract negotiations with customers, including technical contractual contents

• Complete studies in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in project management or project development, ideally in the context of wind energy • Funded knowledge in MS Project and Excel, ideally complemented by AutoCAD, GIS and other Office tools • German and English language skills • Experience in cooperation with international and interdisciplinary teams • Embossed communication and negotiation strength as well as high intercultural competence • Ready to travel within the Central Region
