♪ This is your new job:

Our group MPS Weimarer Hof in Niederweimar is a follow-up facility for our intensively supervised, (heal) pedagogical and animal-assisted girls-horse school groups. Here we accompany the party 6 young women* at the threshold of growing on their individual ways of self-containing in their own small apartments in the house. We are available to young women around the clock, work in the reference system and provide individual advice and support to our young women. With the ultimate goal of fatigue, we assume that young women are capable of active self-determined life if we succeed in activating their spilled potentials and giving them individual help to unfold them. Our team at the Weimarer Hof consists of 6-7 women.

♪ These are your tasks as a female social education specialist (d/m/w):

You work responsibly and engage in party and participative work for young women* on the threshold of growing up.

♪ We offer you in Weimar (Lahn):

• Cooperation in a value-oriented corporate culture with participation, sustainability and value-adding handling
• An attractive remuneration according to pay group 8 of the employment contract guidelines Kurhessen-Waldeck (AVR.KW) for the Diakonischer Werk area, which in full time (39 hours) corresponds to a remuneration according to the classification between 4064.62 Euro and 4693.67 Euro gross per month
• Supplements for shift, weekend and holiday work as well as standby services

♪ You bring this as a female social education specialist (d/m/w):

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
