As a shift manager for the factory disposal in the car park in Grünheide, you can provide trouble-free processes every day to ensure the process in automotive production In doing so, coordinate the waste flows within and outside the plant and the logistics with the surrounding REMONDIS subsidiaries and specialized sister companies You have the responsibility for operational planning and always have the overall sequence in mind During your shift (3-shift operation) you are the first contact person for our customer: You accept orders, plan the corresponding implementation and give feedback You always ensure that everything is properly handled and loaded with the disposal, classification and declaration of special waste You are always committed to optimizing the processes to ensure the satisfaction of our customer and to adapt to changing conditions

You have successfully completed logistical or technical training Ideally, you are in possession of a C/CE class driver's license, forklift license or ADR certificate to support even more effectively Experiences with (dangerous) waste, hazardous materials and experience in employee management are desirable You have good English skills and/or language skills in Polish A flexible and reliable way of working as well as a hand-on mentality
