Turnkey

Takeover of the overall project responsibility: You carry out exciting and challenging construction projects from project assignment to turnkey handover Target-oriented project management: Quality, schedules and budget always remain in the green area with your expertise. You can safely and reliably drive projects to the target and coordinate the award of after-contracting services Architectural services: You are the trusted representative for our builders, and you will have a lot of know-how and heart throughout the entire project. You always keep them up to date and align all progress with them Leadership of the project team: You coordinate a dedicated and dynamic team from different disciplines and make sure everyone pulls in one line. Through your clear and authentic communication, the cooperation and the project will become a complete success Economic and technical responsibility: You take the overall responsibility for your project and transfer it qualitatively and economically at the highest level to the customer on time

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification in civil engineering You bring experience – ideally in the construction or project management of turnkey real estate, ideally with your own projects under your leadership You know well with the VOB, scheduling, cost controlling, design and construction MS Office, tendering and scheduling programs are not a new country for you – you are sure to do so You communicate open and motivating and shape your goals clearly You’re confident, whether business partners, colleagues or other project participants – always authentic and competent You pack and work independently as well as reliably – a large portion of fun must not be missed
