Operational personnel work: You will gain a wide range of insights into the HR work's daily business and will support the operational and administrative implementation of various personnel change measures and the creation of relevant contractual documents. Data management: You actively support in a company-wide HR project to transfer around 1,400 employees by preparing data, working with templates and serial letters, and accompanying the organisational project course up to preparing the billing. Jubilees & Incentives: You play an active role in the process for employeejubials and in the implementation of incentivation measures. Project support: You participate in HR-relevant projects and get the opportunity to take over tasks beyond the traditional personnel management.

You are at least one year in higher education, preferably with a focus on human resources management. You are very interested in personal economic topics and modern working methods. A structured and independent way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness for your own work results are yours. You'll show us your 'hands-on mentality'. Secure handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, complete your profile.
