Complete studies in the fields of human resources management, business management, economic psychology, law or comparable qualifications. Multiannual leadership experience in human resources. Extensive experience in strategic HR consulting at leadership level. Funded technical know-how in all relevant HR handling fields, in particular in terms of remuneration and time management in operational terms. Project experience of advantage. You convince through management competence and a strong will for design and a careful and structured way of working. Binding appearance, entrepreneurial thinking personality with high implementation strength and proactive “hands-on mentality”. Responsibility and leadership of the area of remuneration and time management with about 50 employees. Direct line of report to Head of Human Resources International. Competent advice and support for executives in matters of personal relevance and strategies. structuring, planning and implementation of basic personal questions including economic consideration. Conception, implementation and consistent further development of the human resources strategy for optimizing the processes and for collecting key figures, in particular focusing on data, systems and digitalization. Management or participation in HR projects. Responsibility of personnel deployment planning, staff selection and development in the human resources sector.
