As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The Customer Solution Unit CIR & See is responsible for BWI's projects and projects towards the customer in the dimensions “Cyber- & Informationsraum” and “See” of the Bundeswehr. This includes solutions in the context of IT, in support of operations and exercises, for transferable systems, to ensure the IT supply of Bw abroad and also of the Marine, both for stationary and sea-based shares.

Solution Controlling incl. reporting and management-oriented preparation of results Quality assurance of service provision for solutions Participation in internal and external stakeholders management Support for internal contractors and takeover of administrative tasks Support for the management of requirements and consulting requests of the Bundeswehr in the area of IT solutions for CIR and Lake Participation in the coordination, planning and commissioning of the required IT services and cooperation with the relevant internal departments to strengthen user orientation

Completed 3-year professional training and additional training (e.g. specialist, technician, master) or completed subject-related university studies About 5 years of professional experience as a specialist, technician or master (with relevant additional qualification) or 2 years of professional experience after graduation Experience in IT service management as well as in request analysis and consulting Knowledge of the leadership structures of the Bundeswehr desirable Experiences in the application of project management methods including planning and design skills Excellent analysis and presentation skills, very good communication and team skills, good organizational and coordination skills as well as decision and enforcement strength Current knowledge of German and English as well as international travel
