In your role, you develop existing specialist applications and take care of the testing and introduction of new software and technologies (e.g. the use of drones). You build a well-functioning communication concept for the crisis and disaster (including BOS radio, operational radio, port emergency radio, telephone, e-mail etc.) and are responsible for its administration and control. In addition, you will develop disaster protection plans, the first disaster protection calendar, address the staff areas and take over coordination with external actors. In the prevention of catastrophe protection, you evaluate and judge internal and external situation reports, first report position reports, guide stockouts, and first set up policy templates for managing crisis management. Your tasks include the training and training of the staff employed and the planning and execution of exercises including Preparation and training on communication concepts. You bring a completed study of the field of civil and civil protection, risk and crisis management, rescue engineers, danger prevention or a comparable study direction. You have acquired your knowledge and experience as part of your multiannual experience in disaster protection organisations, fire brigade or THW etc. In addition, you have deeper knowledge of the organisation and structures of the protection of the population and disasters in Hamburg and Germany. You do not only know you in the work of staff and in crisis management, but also in speech radio. The Port of Hamburg and its technical and economic features are not new to you. In addition, you have basic knowledge in handling the ArcGIS software and application based on it for location representation (e.g. Command or the like).
