Testing and evaluation of existing sites with regard to usability based on stock documentation and static assessment documents Creation of a customer-specific usage concept for existing sites

Marketing off the anchor customer/key account

Professional cooperation with internal and external partners with a focus on rollout goals

Building and building engineering planning to ensure compliance with legal, technical requirements of DFMG, as well as customer-specific requirements

Implementation of structural operations

Examination and approval of offers, planning documents and measures

Ensuring costly and timely implementation of all new building measures and complex rebuilding measures including lack of delivery to the customer

Ensuring operator and owner obligations at locations during planning and construction phases

Support of GU meetings and secure location-related escalation management in the customer interface

Maintenance of relevant DFMG IT systems

Complete technical studies (e.g. construction, electrical engineering, utility technology) or comparable qualification and/or long-term professional experience in the field of activity Good knowledge of project management

Good knowledge of building law, HOAI and VOB

Good knowledge of occupational safety

Height-fitness (G41) Good knowledge of PC standard software (e.g. MS Office)

Experience in technical marketing of mobile sites

High understanding and adaptability to adjust to different process worlds

Strong customer orientation

Self-close knowledge

German in Word and Writing

Good knowledge of English
