Responsibility: Development of innovative, customer-specific concepts and independent calculation of projects in technical building management for our industrial customers in the Chemnitz and Zwickau area Analytical procedure: Budget responsibility; cost monitoring; quality control; Date tracking and associated correspondence with customers and supervisors Precisely implement: order calculation, and production of tender documents Promote progress: further development of our services and standards in Service Line Maintenance and extension of the internal and external expert network Ensure communication: Technical consultant and contact person for our customer projects

Education: Completed technical training with a further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) e.g. with facility management, supply technology or comparable Experience: Multiannual professional experience in facility management / building technology Know-How: Secure handling of current MS Office applications Working methods: Structured and independent as well as a high self-initiative Personality: customer orientation and sovereign and communicative style
