Technical Application Manager (m/f/d)

In this newly created key position, you take the central technical responsibility for all IT applications and thus relieve our specialist departments completely. With us you can take responsibility, shape changes and create sustainable solutions. Fully takeover, management and optimization of our IT applications as part of lifecycle management (including testing and integration of large platforms such as Salesforce). Primary contact for all technical issues, ticket processing and support in the implementation, maintenance and support of the systems. Technical support of IT projects and change projects to ensure smooth takeover and maximum operational stability. Responsibility for IT compliance and license management, including the maintenance of protection requirements classifications of the application software. Close, partnership cooperation with the various disciplines to understand and implement requirements and user needs in a precise manner. Ensuring IT security and data protection requirements throughout the application.

Complete training or studies in the field of information technology or a related field. Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in application care, as IT administrator or IT project manager. Knowledge about networks, servers, databases and system architectures as well as experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of applications. Ideally, first contact points or experiences with SaaS applications as well as a basic understanding of programming languages and coding. Embossed analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. Solution-oriented operation combined with experience in the planning and coordination of IT projects. Communication strength and empathy to act as an interface between IT teams, management, end users and external service providers. Very good German knowledge (at least C1).
