Support of telephone and written customer requests in German and English Acquisition of new materials in SAP Responsibility for the new customer installation and ordering of drugs Responsible for ensuring order and delivery to customers Arrangement with other departments, e.g. quality department, transport and operation

Closed commercial training e.g. as an office businessman or reasonable experience in customer support Very good English skills in word and writing Communication skills and service orientation Reliability and adaptability and team capability An independent and careful procedure
