Metrology Technician (m/f/d)

Stand-alone creation and optimization of measurement strategies, measurement methods and measurement programs (Zeiss Calypso, GOM Inspect) for projects and series applications Planning, execution and evaluation of measurements including analysis and documentation of measurement results Design and design of clamping and receiving devices for coordinate measuring machines and other measuring systems Implementation of measurement system analyses (MSA) and measurement comparisons as well as coordination with customers and suppliers Cooperation in projects and series calls and technical coordination with internal and external contacts Instruction and training of employees in handling measuring equipment and testing methods

Industrial and technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic m/w/d or quality specialist m/w/d) preferably with further training to the mechanical engineer or a comparable qualification Ideally qualified as a measuring technician (DGQ o.a.) Experience in coordinate measurement technology and the creation of measurement programs (ideally Zeiss Calypso and Alicona with GOM Inspect) Safe handling of technical drawings and the corresponding standards (e.g. GPS standards) Knowledge of measurement system analyses (MSA), measurement comparisons and test methods of advantage Good MS Office skills as well as high team skills and commitment Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Good English knowledge of word and writing
