They run the project controlling team for all AC network construction projects. They ensure uniform, efficient controlling along the entire project value chain. They advise and support the project management in all controlling questions – from costing to project completion. You continuously develop control methods, processes and tools of your team and drive forward the digitization of the control instruments. Together with the Team Projektcontrolling DC-Projects, they ensure a consistent design of processes and tools used for the network construction projects of TransnetBW GmbH. They maintain an active interface management to the corporate controlling, purchasing and asset management teams, as well as in the project departments (redirectors, substations and construction) in order to ensure consistent cost and risk management within the network construction projects. They promote the professional and personal development of your employees, provide knowledge transfer and a motivating team climate and live a constructive feedback culture.

You have a degree in Business Administration or Economic Engineering or a comparable qualification. They have several years of experience in the commercial/technical project environment, ideally in energy or infrastructure projects. They have first to several years of leadership in a team or project management function. They have sound knowledge of financial, controlling and risk management processes. They convince with analysis and structuring competence, self-initiative and a sovereign appearance, paired with pronounced hands-on mentality. They inspire with an esteeming, empathic and pragmatic leadership style with high integration and communication skills.
