Team Lead (gn) Order to Cash Full time (40h) | Unlimited | Location: Leipzig | Start: From now

You are ready to take responsibility and create structures? In this role you guide the Order to Cash Department in the Finance Department. Together with your team, you develop strategies that minimise receivables and secure the liquidity of our company.

The area of responsibility Examine the professional and disciplinary management of the Order to Cash Department at the Leipzig and Heilbronn sites Be responsible for the entire cash collection process and secure liquidity by reducing receivables and minimizing outages Develop our processes throughout the entire debitor area and set impulses for efficient processes – for example by participating in strategic customer clusters Work closely with Sales, Group Treasury and other internal interfaces to ensure smooth operations Decisions on order releases and bankruptcies and elaborate complex cases such as insolvency and litigation Design cross-departmental projects for strategic development and actively contribute your expertise

You have completed your studies in Business / Finance or have a comparable commercial training incl. Continuing training in accounting In a similar position you could already earn several years of professional and leadership experience You bring a high process affinity and have experience in handling ERP systems (probably MS Navision), BI reports as well as very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel You are interested in modern technologies and have first experience in using AI tools, in data management, as well as desirable in Lean/SixSigma As a communicative team player with strong leadership skills, you can work in a leading position and take responsibility You are service-oriented, show your own initiative and work in results-oriented – even in challenging situations Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
