You take the deputy lead of a Marc O'Polo store and support the store manager in coordinating the team and organization. As a host:in your client you offer a special shopping experience – from product presentation to premium advice. In the store you take responsibility for your own areas and guide team meetings. You help recruiting new team members, planning personnel costs, onboarding and further development of employees.
