You guide projects from costing to completion and take on offer and follow-up management including creation of all project documents Teams, partner companies and resources you coordinate reliably and guide employees professionally, including personnel and material disposition In the field of transport technology, you take over the project control, adapt traffic documentation and request required traffic regulations As a central contact person, you are available to customers, suppliers and internal areas and participate in construction meetings. By working on forecasts and budget planning, you will ensure an economic project execution and will help to meet the budgets

Completed training in the electrical field (e.g. as an electronic or electrician m/w/d) or a master or Technical completion with focus on electrical engineering, alternative comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience Ideally professional experience as a building manager m/w/d or in a coordinating function Good knowledge of MS Office as well as Class B driving licence; additional driving classes BE and CE are advantageous Self-employed and committed working methods, strong negotiation skills and joy in team work and joint achievement of project objectives
