Number: MER00043PY Design the future of sales in the automotive industry! How does digitization change the purchasing behaviour of our customers? How do we develop the omnichannel distribution of the future? What role do electric mobility, sustainability and direct sales play in our business model? Can we optimize our customer journey with AI? In the strategic sales environment of Mercedes-Benz, you work on key topics of the future: from the further development of our global retail network to digital business models to the transformation towards sustainable mobility. In an international environment, you’re curious to contribute directly to one of the largest transformation programs in the automotive industry. Your role: As an intern*in, you will be actively involved and take real responsibility: Analysis & Benchmarking: Conducting Market, Competition and Best Practice Analysis Data-based decision support: Evaluation and processing of data as a basis for strategic decisions Top Management Exposure: Participation in creating high-quality presentations for top management Own projects: Takeover of smaller subprojects with end-to-end responsibility Strategic topics: cooperation on future topics such as omnichannel sales, direct sales, electromobility and sustainability The activity can begin from November 2026.
