You form contracts and allowances independently, depending on the field of application in the outpatient care or for non-medical outpatient service providers. To do this, you will acquire, analyze and structure relevant performance data in order to introduce them into negotiations. You work closely with the members of the vdek and represent the interests of the substitute banks vis-à-vis the service providers. In addition, you will organise committee meetings and rounds of votes and coordinate negotiation processes with all stakeholders involved.

You have a completed degree or alternatively a commercial training in the health care sector or as a social security specialist/social security specialist with corresponding professional experience. Ideally, you already have experience in payment or contract negotiations and are familiar with the relevant legal bases. You are persuaded by negotiation skills, enforcement capacity and communicative competence in word and writing. Thanks to your cooperative and service-oriented working style, you contribute to a good team collaboration. You are versed in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications and form technical issues in data systems.
