Management of the IT projects of the department Introduction of binding standards for project assignment, acceptance, operation and documentation project controlling on dates, expenses and risks of all projects; Reports and drafts of decisions for departmental and university management Control of external service providers and testing and acceptance procedures Implementation of procurement procedures for IT services above and below EU thresholds, including EVB‐IT Coordination of data protection in the department: list of processing activities, contracts for order processing, technical and organizational measures

You have a completed scientific study of computer science, economic informatics or a related subject or a comparable degree. You have at least three years of professional experience in a relevant field of activity. Required expertise and personal skills Experience in the management of IT introduction and migration projects Knowledge of public procurement law and EVB‐IT regulations Knowledge of data protection law (GDPR) Safe application of project management methods; a certification is desirable Structured, targeted and independent working methods, enforcement and negotiation skills Communication strength in dealing with specialist departments, service providers and university management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
