Main tasks • Budgeting: Working with Product Lead to develop and manage budgets for product development projects, ensuring the efficient allocation of financial resources according to strategic objectives. • Cost management: monitoring and control of project costs, identification of savings options, optimization of resource use and safeguarding compliance with budgetary requirements. Financial planning and reporting: contribution to the overall process of financial planning by providing insights into the financial impact of product development activities, including short-term and long-term financial forecasts. Implementation of Business Planning with Product Lead and Reporting to Controlling and Project Structures. • Risk assessment: assessment of financial risks related to product development projects. Proposals on countermeasures and provision of recommendations to minimise potential financial impact. • Procurement support: implementation of formal tasks to acquire required resources for the product line. Confidence with external contracts and monitoring their compliance. Advising Product Lead for relevant questions. Accompanying the procurement processes End to End (come to regular settlement)

Studies in Economics, Business Administration or Similar Good knowledge of the regulatory framework of resource procurement in the energy sector (> 5 years) Very good experience in project controlling and multi-year experience with controlling software such as SCIFORMA Multiannual experience in handling SAP> 3 years Good knowledge of Atlassiantools Jira, Confluence and Sciforma and MS Office Good knowledge of procurement procedures in the regulated energy market Experience with agile working methods Experience in the field of transmission system operators desirable Affinity for contract management and contract design. German and English in word and letter C1
