As Head of Technical/Cyber Security (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical security strategy, the implementation and maintenance of the security systems in our company. You guide a team of security experts, work with cross-functional teams and make sure our security practices meet industry standards. Your expertise is crucial for identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing robust security measures to protect our assets. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in the field of technical safety. Tasks Development and implementation of a comprehensive technical safety strategy that is tailored to the objectives of the company. Management and support of a team of security experts, promoting a culture of security awareness throughout the company. Monitoring the implementation of security technologies, including SIEM, vulnerability management and Threat Intelligence. Cooperation with the operational and development teams to comply with established industry practices (ISO 27001) and state requirements (KRITIS, NIS2). Take over a leading role in managing security incidents and implementing remedial measures to avoid repetition. Qualifications The basis for this challenging position is a well-founded experience in the field of information security, coupled with experience in the leadership of teams. You understand motivating and developing a team of qualified hackers and are a real leader. High problem solving competence, good English skills, quality awareness, self-responsibility and the ability to work in an international team complete your profile. Proven experience (5+ years) in technical safety functions, of which at least 2 years in a leadership position. Good knowledge of safety frameworks, proven procedures and technologies. Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, Threat Intelligence and vulnerability management solutions. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in situations with high pressure. Designed communicative and interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with technical and non-technical interest groups to the board level.
