We are now looking for our customers in Erlangen in the long term and with a high chance to take over several electric assemblers (m/w/d)!

Your tasks at ahead staff

• Your tasks include installing assemblies, components or products manually and/or using tools, devices and assembly equipment
• They carry out quality assurance on the basis of plans (e.g. checking the functionality and completeness of the respective assembly contents) and, if necessary, take over the desired/actual balance
• Furthermore, document the test results in digital form You establish defects (e.g. tolerance deviations, failure, wrong parts, condition, leakage) and eliminate them (e.g. by replacing parts, readjustment)
• They document the measures to remove
• They are also responsible for identifying, forwarding and, where appropriate, eliminating vulnerabilities in the workflow.
• You are proactively involved in the CS process and make this the goal of your daily work

What you should bring

• They have completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics or comparable electrical training
• In addition, you have basic knowledge of the SCM tool landscape
• You have sufficient knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous
• They bring the willingness to shiftwork and occasional weekend work with
• In the medium term, you will bring a readiness to travel to complete service operations and commissioning
• They are a motivated team player with high interpersonal competence and have a structured, independent way of working In quality, do not compromise
