You create HSE plans for complex shipbuilding projects, develop them further and ensure that legal requirements as well as project-related, military and shipyard-specific requirements are reliably taken into account. Based on the respective project requirements, you create safety, health and environmental protection concepts and control their implementation in the various phases of the project - from design to new construction and equipment to testing. An important part of your work is the definition, monitoring and evaluation of relevant key figures on safety, health and environmental protection. You build meaningful reporting structures so that project management and contracting entities can get a clear overview at any time. As a specialist contact person, you will advise project and construction management as well as participating departments in all HSE-relevant questions. To support decisions that have a direct impact on safe processes and project success. You plan audits, inspections and security visits to after-contractors, suppliers and in different shipyard areas, and follow agreed measures consistently until the effectiveness test. In addition, you submit HSE requirements in contracts, tenders and technical documentation and carefully examine the submitted HSE documentation of external partners for completeness and feasibility. Events, accidents and near events are systematically analysed to identify the actual causes. On this basis, you are responsible for effective and sustainable prevention measures that are tailored to the specific risks in the maritime environment. You agree closely with authorities, classification societies, military contractors and internal departments, so that requirements are met, evidence is provided and the HSE performance in the project is continuously improved.

Complete studies, e.g. in safety engineering, environmental engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in HSE management of complex technical projects Ideally practice in shipbuilding, maritime environment, offshore, plant construction or in a comparable regulated industry Good knowledge of work, health and environmental protection as well as the handling of relevant requirements and standards Experience with HSE concepts, audits, desires, action management and incident analyses routine in code number control, reporting and project-related consulting Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a structured way of working
