• Together with your colleagues, you can configure notebooks, iPhones and iPads with which we supply our customers.

• You work with other technicians in the team.

• The focus of your tasks is on basic installation, user support and rollout.

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration, IT system electronics:in or alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience in the 2nd level and onsite support or a related activity

• First experience in support of hardware, operating systems and ticket system

• More desirable skills: AD / AAD, Ticket system / ITSM tool, Rollout, Windows 11, Mobile Device Management / Apple iPhone, iPad, Azure Intune, User Care, Warehouse Management, MS Office, Refueling of Devices, Problem Analysis.

• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Readiness to travel is not required; driving licence class B
