Teamleiter Kauf / Purchasing Group Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) - Operational and Strategic Purchasing Location: Rosenfeld

Cost, appointment and quality responsibility for a defined procurement area Coordination, controlling and further development of the subordinate shopping areas and their employees Professional and disciplinary management of a multi-headed purchasing team, member of the management team Purchasing First escalation stage for the assigned shopping areas Cooperation in the further development of existing procurement concepts and material group strategies Active design possibilities in the further digitization of existing shopping processes Direct reporting line to the Head of Purchasing

Complete business or technical studies focusing on purchasing / supply chain management / procurement. Alternatively, a completed commercial or technical training with appropriate professional experience International shopping experience, preferably in a metal or plastic processing production plant Leadership experience of small dynamic team units, preferably in purchasing Constructive, success-oriented working Open, empathic understanding of leadership with reference to detail Good technical understanding English language skills Ideally basic knowledge of SAP (module MM)
