In order to strengthen the JoMAX, we are looking for a team member as part of a parent-time representative who has the pleasure of data-oriented work, process optimization and nation-wide cooperation and is responsible for central order and budget processes. Building, maintenance and further development of transparent order management You design a structured system for detecting, controlling and tracking all orders and continuously develop them.

Current budget controlling for marketing measures You monitor budgets, create forecasts, analyze deviations and derive control measures.

Creation of regular management reports You are responsible for monthly and quarterly reports, as well as ad hoc analyses for management, and prepare complex issues for addressing.

Process control in the order life cycle You control, document and optimize processes along the entire order cycle – from the assignment to the acceptance.

Interface management You work closely with finance/controlling, service providers, external partners and internal associations and ensure smooth coordination.

Coordination of meetings and workshops You organize and moderate voting appointments, prepare Agenden and ensure that results are clearly documented and tracked.

Maintenance of association orders You track agreements, milestones, delivery dates and decreases and take over the escalation management in event of termination or performance deviations.

Examination and technical preparation of invoice documents You check performance certificates, accounting bases and performance volumes, prepare documents for the invoice and agree with the financial/booking for the timely settlement.

You have completed your studies in the business sector, in controlling or in a comparable field of expertise – alternatively, you will bring an equivalent commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification. You have relevant professional experience in order or project management, ideally in the context of associations, non-profit organisations or in service marketing. You have a pronounced analytical way of thinking, high numerical competence and a structured, process-oriented way of working. You bring proven project and budget responsibility expertise and also keep track of complex control processes. You convince by communication strength, enforcement ability and experience in interface management with internal and external partners. You work independently, solution-oriented and recognize optimization potentials at an early stage, which you proactively contribute to the further development of processes.
